1. Where are you located?

Yuanqi Fort Bureau LLC is based in Carson City, Nevada, United States.

2. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship:

Domestically within the United States.
Internationally to selected countries (such as United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and others available at checkout).

If your country does not appear at checkout, shipping is not available to your location at this time.

3. What shipping options do you offer?

For orders within the United States:

Economy 0–5 lb: 5–8 business days
Economy 5–70 lb: 5–8 business days
Economy (express): 1–2 business days
Standard 0–1 lb: 3–4 business days
Standard 1–5 lb: 3–4 business days

For international orders, available services (such as DHL Express or USPS international services) and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
Domestic orders typically arrive within the estimated shipping time shown (for example 3–8 business days), while international orders depend on the carrier and customs.

Please note that weekends, holidays, weather, and customs can extend delivery times.

5. Do you offer tracking?

Yes.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when provided by the carrier). Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

6. What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and preferably in their original packaging.
We currently offer free return shipping for eligible returns.

7. How do I start a return?

To start a return:

Contact us at Contact@yuanqifortex.shop with your order number and the item you wish to return.
We will confirm eligibility and send you instructions.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive information on how to send the item back (and a prepaid label where applicable).

8. Do you charge restocking fees?

No.
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns that meet our return conditions.

9. How will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

10. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us as soon as possible at Contact@yuanqifortex.shop.
Include your order number and, if you can, photos of the issue.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution at no extra cost.

11. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (such as major cards and other enabled payment options).
All payments must be completed at checkout before your order is processed and shipped.

12. Is checkout secure?

Yes.
Our store uses a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS/SSL), and payments are processed through trusted providers. Your full payment details are handled securely by these providers and are not stored in plain text on our storefront.

13. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the request. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

14. Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we welcome wholesale and bulk order inquiries.
